How can collaboration and a user-centered design practice drive innovation in a large enterprise? This session will introduce the fundamentals of user experience as they are practiced by Humana Digital Experience Center (DEC) product designers.

Attendees will learn about, and participate in, some of the user-centered techniques and processes used in the DEC. Join us in experiencing the DEC’s user-centered design practice through a series of hands-on exercises with DEC designers: design pairing, rapid ideation, and usability testing.

Humana Digital Experience Center is located on the south side of Main Street, between 4th and 5th Street. It is on the ground floor of the PNC Tower parking garage and the entrance is facing Main Street.

PARKING: Attendees should park in PNC Garage, next to the Humana Tower or at a metered parking spot on Main Street. Attendees are responsible for their own parking. Parking will not be validated as this is against company policy.
