Anjuli Calvert is Lead Innovation and Experience Designer in Humana’s Digital Health & Analytics Experience Center, where she applies her human-centered design skills to the challenging world of healthcare and, specifically, at home care. In this workshop, May 9th from 6-9pm at Forest Giant, Anjuli will be reminding us to establish what people need before deciding what to make, and discussing some of her best practices in human-centered design using iterative testing and implementation throughout the design process.
