Come learn the fundamentals of hand lettering and sign painting from the man behind Slugger City Sign Company (@slugger_city_signs), Brandon ‘Alyx’ McClain. This three hour hands on workshop is for designers of all levels to brush up on their lettering skills. In this class you will learn about the proper tools and techniques needed for brush lettering.

Branden ‘Alyx’ McClain (Slugger City Signs) is a self-taught artist born and raised in Louisville, KY. He draws inspiration from traditional sign writing techniques, street art culture, and his urban surroundings to produce both commercial and gallery work. He has a passion for place-making and community engagement, and loves being able to brighten people’s days through large scale public art.
