Come join AIGA Lou for MOVIE NITE! A casual evening of cocktails (or not), popcorn and a screening of the Jonathan Hoefler episode of Netflix’s Abstract 2 and maybe Ian Spalter (Instagram) if time permits too.

While researching vintage watches as inspiration for a new font, Jonathan Hoefler delves into his work for Apple, Obama’s “Change” campaign and more. Jonathan Hoefler has been designing typefaces for nearly thirty years. Through his work at Hoefler&Co, the company he founded in 1989, his lifelong love of typography has found countless avenues: he has both designed typefaces and worked with his team of designers to create them, and has designed type specimens, mobile experiences, and websites.
