VIA Studio specializes in brand strategy, design, development, and marketing. With 17 years experience leading the VIA team, he’s got lots of experience and tips for keeping an agency humming. He’s been recognized with the AIGA Visionary Award in 2017, as Business First Louisville’s One of 20 People to Know in Advertising, and with 2014 Five Star Service Award from AAF Louisville. He must be doing something right.
Brian Faust – Creative Director, University of Louisville
Brian is the Creative Director for the University of Louisville, having served UofL for the past 15 years in a variety of capacities. He earned his BFA from Xavier University in Cincinnati and chose a career path specializing in marketing for higher education and the non-profit sector. Originally a front-end web designer and developer, curiosity drove him to expand into traditional print design and eventually brand design and management. A proud husband and father, Brian is fortunate to have the opportunity every day to work with an amazing team of student designers and creative professionals bringing UofL’s brand to life.
Jessica Suhr – Owner & Creative Director, Perennial Creative
Jessica Suhr is the lead designer & owner of Perennial Creative Co. where she works with clients all over the world (but mostly in North America) to create and maintain beautiful and effective visual identities in both the analog and digital world. Before setting up shop on her own, she worked at a variety of small agencies and in-house operations where she learned far more than she ever realized about doing business.
She’s a dyed-in-the-wool designer, cat lady, dog mom, toddler mom, wife, plant lover, estate sale hoarder, art collector, and architecture aficionado. Above all, she’s been obsessed with the nuances of typographic design and branding at all scales since before she knew this could be a job.
Special thanks to VIA Studio for hosting the event.
